Gil Courchene, CEO and Chairman of CCSI was born in Montreal, Canada. He earned a degree in Business Administration in 1966 from the College of Nicolette and relocated to South Florida the same year. In 1973 Gil passed the State of Florida General Contractors examination and became a licensed certified general contractor. He earned a degree in Real Estate Analysis and Administration from the renowned Wharton School of Business in 1976. He has since obtained his Class A Contractors License for the State of North Dakota.
